Thanks to our members who are as dedicated as a dog with a bone, our club has blossomed like a well-watered cactus! We've spruced up our facilities more times than we can count – it's practically a makeover show at this point. And let’s be honest, the only cash flow we see comes from our member fees and the tireless work of our volunteers, who must have superhero capes tucked away somewhere. As for funding from the Alice Springs Town Council or the Northern Territory Government? Well, let’s just say that's about as likely as a snowstorm in the desert!

We’re not just spinning our wheels here; we’re proudly pedaling alongside AusCycling, the official overlords of all things cycling in Australia. Our officials, coaches, and board members are so well-trained, they could probably teach a masterclass on how to crank up the gears while keeping everything above board—thanks to the high standards set by AusCycling and Sports Integrity Australia. And don’t worry, we’ve got our noses so clean that we follow the AusCycling Code of Conduct like it’s on a your-mom-says-so level. Safe and fair vibes for everyone—now that's a ride worth hopping on!

Join the Club: Where Licencing Meets Fun!

To ride at our track, you need an AusCycling Race Off-Road or a Mini Wheelers Licence. These licences give you personal accident and public liability insurance and support our club. Sign up on the AusCycling website.

Attention, thrill-seekers! Our track is closed during school and public holidays, so no club runs. To book private laps during these times, you'll need board approval as we can't have anyone on the track while we’re sprucing it up. Ready to make your move? Click the link below!

Private Track Hire

Your fees keep us running.

Option 1 : Track and Facilities Fee

Fee : $100 with valid Sports Voucher provided


  • Open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • 1st-year riders can use club equipment for free.

Tuesday (sessions)

5:30PM – 7:30PM

Beginners & Novices and Intermediate, Advanced & Adults

  • 5:30 to 6:30 – Beginners & Novices
  • 6:30 to 7:30 – Intermediate, Advanced + Adults

Wednesday (open gates)

  • 5:30PM – 7:00PM
    Only for         RCBMX Club Members
  • For all ages except Mini Wheelers
  • Full safety gear and AusCycling licence required

Friday

Registration Open: 6:00 PM – 6:40 PM

Racing Warm-Ups: 6:10 PM – 7:00 PM

  • 6:10 PM – 6:20 PM – 9 yrs and under
  • 6:20 PM – 6:30 PM – 10 – 15 yrs
  • 6:30 PM – 6:40 PM – 16 yrs +
  • 6:40 PM – 7:00 PM – Mini Wheeler warm up

Registration Closes (Strict): 7:00 PM

Racing Gates Drop: 7:00 PM

  • 5 Motos (3 motos, 15 min break, 2 motos)
  • (includes Mini Wheeler racing – 2 laps each moto)

6:00 to 6:45 – Race Registrations

6:15 to 6:45 – Warmups

6:45 to 7:00 – Racing Commences


* Chip Stop open Friday nights for $10 burgers, weekly specials.
